Identified a large range of motion and dredging equipment;
Produced a basis for comparison to analyse 10 configurations of motion and dredge;
Developed 3 options to concept level;
Contacted suppliers and manufacturers;
Performed a cost-benefit analysis for each option; and
Produced a risk analysis and implementation plan.
