Simon is a founding member of Carnac - Project Delivery Services. Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the refining and mining industry. He has worked in the areas of Design, Construct, Installation and Operations. He has a strong track record of managing multi-discipline projects and has experience from conceptual design through to commissioning and operations/maintenance.

Peter Brozicevich - Director

Peter is a founding member of Carnac - Project Delivery Services. Peter has over 25 years’ experience across industry, from workshop apprentice beginnings to client’s Project Manager on multi-billion dollar iron mine development projects. Peter’s experiences have continuously placed him is a variety of roles including Project Management, Engineering Design, Safety & Risk Management, Contracts & Procurement and Construction Management.

Navin Bhat - Principal Process Engineer / Project Manager

Navin is a highly experienced Process Engineering professional with a good understanding of chemical processing plants developed across owner and consulting environments. He is highly energetic and motivated with superb interpersonal and communications skills, a genuine analytical problem solver, possessing the ability to add significant value for our clients. With over 25 years’ experience, Navin has provided consultancy services and performed projects for a variety of commodity sectors including alumina, iron-ore, copper, gold and water treatment.

Spencer Smith - Principal Process Engineer / Project Manager

Spencer has over 25 years’ process engineering experience working on both Greenfield and Brownfield projects across a diverse range of industries both in Australia and overseas. He has had significant involvement in identifying and leading water and energy reduction studies. Spencer has experience in daily operational problem solving and leading teams within a multi-disciplined project environment, including mentoring and training staff. During his extensive career, Spencer has had exposure to a valuable and varied mix of operations, commissioning and design office roles in all phases of project delivery, from Concept Studies through to Detailed Engineering Design.

Silvio Nicoli - Principal Process Consultant

Silvio is a highly experienced and respected process consultant with a diverse range of knowledge and skills. He has substantial leadership experience in complex project development and delivery. Silvio has the ability to quickly identify value improvement opportunities and develop solutions and plans to capitalise on those. His areas of particular expertise include de-bottlenecking and Refinery upgrade studies, project concept development, business case analysis, technology design and commissioning.

Simon Collins - Process Modelling Specialist

Simon is a highly experienced operations technology development and process engineer with over 20 years’ experience in mining-based process engineering roles. He has worked in production, process development and expansion where extensive use of SysCAD process modelling for decision-making is required. Simon has also been in consulting and project management roles that have required expertise in Discrete Event Simulation for supply chain analysis, exposure to optimisation using linear programming techniques for scheduling, and formalised sensitivity analysis approaches using statistical models.

Subir Ghosh - Lead Structural Engineer

A skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the resource and mining, oil and gas, offshore wind farm, and other heavy engineering EPC/EPCM industries internationally and in Australia/NZ. Committed to providing and maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Combines strong technical, leadership, problem solving, and planning capabilities to deliver on work duties effectively and efficiently. Having developed excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate professionally, enjoys being part of, and managing a successful and productive team.
