Our project management personnel are dedicated to providing our clients with the best, fit-for-purpose solution on time and within budget. We try our best to ensure that our project leads or managers have had previous experience with the client or the relevant industry so that engineering practices can be guided to fit industry standards and expectations. The project lead or project manager will act as the interface between the client and Carnac's engineering team to mitigate against miscommunication and misaligned expectations.
