The client commissioned Carnac to review the suitability of a storage shed, which included performing structural, mechanical and environmental reviews. A high level assessment of the required cleaning work to convert from the current product to synthetic rutile was performed, which included a estimate to complete the work and a condition report. As a contaminated site, Carnac had to look into any constraints that the client may face in storing their product at this site.
