The client requested support for an integrated programme management team to assist with the alignment, coordination and management of the implementation of several priority projects. The team provided by Carnac implemented a collaborative approach to execute each of the projects. Standard scheduling, forecasting and reporting formats were developed across the programme. Carnac representatives were based on site and worked closely with the client's operations team to ensure that all works were delivered on schedule and within budget.
