Carnac – Project Delivery Services Pty Ltd (Carnac) was engaged to review the proposed HV upgrade project design brief and scope of works. The original design brief and the completed HV upgrade construction package was reviewed to identify any alternatives to upgrade the network and any areas of improvement and cost efficiencies in addition to the design proposed.
Carnac identified a number of areas that have been recommended for further review.
