Carnac - Project Delivery Services (Carnac) provided engineering services to complete a review of the operability of a pan filter vacuum pump. Under normal operation the product filter vacuum system performance and reliability were sub-par. Performance was also hampered by the vacuum piping system design which severely limited cleaning opportunities. Our client brought Carnac on board to evaluate the benefits of the various options available and recommend the best long-term outcome.
Carnac provided recommendations to implement suitable vacuum pumps and identified risk and opportunities to achieve better operability.
