Our clients had ongoing safety issues surrounding mechanical isolations within the Concentrator building. Carnac – Project Delivery Services Pty Ltd (Carnac) were engaged to rectify these issues and to perform an investigation and scoping study.
Carnac performed the following:
Measured each individual upgrade location and conducted 3D laser scanning of the spools to be modified;
Identified valve, flange and pipe types;
Reviewed the implementation plan for the work; and
Carried out design reviews and risk assessments.
Carnac delivered redline P&ID mark-ups and site general arrangements of each isolation solution.
